It is an apartment 45m2+terrace for with garden and grill on disposal. Private parking place is on disposal. Apartment is well equipped for comfortable holiday vacation. The guests can enjoy the relaxing summer evenings on its own private terrace. Location of the house is on a peaceful area and vicinity of the grocery store, pebble beach and beach bars, selection of the nearby restaurants and easy going atmosphere make this house perfect for the relaxed summer vacation. The owners are living in the neighboring house.
