The ground-level with its own entrance separate from the rest of the house, fully air-conditioned (cool/warm) holiday apartment was newly decorated and is therefore equipped with all the latest amenities for a comfortable stay. It has a living room with an integrated open kitchen, and a dining table with four chairs, two bedrooms, one bathroom. The living room has a sofa with relax function, a wide digital flatscreen Smart TV with a cable programs. The kitchen has only the latest appliances, including a dishwasher, ceramic hob with an elegant stainless steel extractor fan, an oven, a fridge with a freezer compartment, a microwave, toaster, blender for preparing food for children, kettle and coffee machine. Two bedrooms, each have a two single beds size 90x 200cm, each have flatscreen TV with a cable programs, bedside tables with reading lamps and cupboards with ample storage space for your clothing and luggage. The bright bathroom provide a spacious shower cubicle, a washbasin with a cupboard underneath, a wall mirror, and a toilet, the bathrooms also has a hairdryer. The apartment is equipped with washing machine. A cot is available.

Walking along the sea for ten minutes you are in the city center! Beautiful sandy Bačvice Beach is 300 metres from the property. Year round you can enjoy in various sports activities such as running, walking, cycling, there is also a gym. Bačvice Beach all day and night during the whole year is a meeting place for locals and visitors, in bars, clubs, restaurants that serves local and international dishes. Firule is 200 meters from the property, beach and tennis courts where you can play tennis. On this tennis courts play Goran Ivanisevic. Yacht marina and a swimming pool can all be found within a 150-meters radius.
