The property features 4 comfortable bedrooms, 3 fully equipped bathrooms, a bright living area, and a large fenced yard offering privacy and plenty of space to relax. Guests can enjoy a private outdoor pool, a covered terrace, and a barbecue area, making it perfect for spending quality time outdoors. The house is situated just 5 km from Fažana and 9 km from Pula, providing easy access to beautiful beaches, restaurants, historical attractions, and other points of interest throughout the region. Free private parking is available on-site, and pets are welcome. Please note: Guests have exclusive use of the entire ground floor with a private entrance. The owners live on the upper floor and have a separate entrance.
