The beautiful Holiday home Korda is located in the hinterland of Dubrovnik. It provides accommodation for 6+2 people. Within the house itself there is a spacious pool with sea salt overlooking the nearby mountain, a large barbecue with a covered seating area, a nice terrace with a view of the pool. The pool itself allows you to escape from everyday problems and relax with a massage. Inside the house, you can enjoy free Netflix, light that enables bluetooth connection, and the ability to enjoy different light moods. The house has a ground floor and a first floor, of which the ground floor, which is approximately 150 m2, is rented. On the first floor lives a woman who takes care of the maintenance of the house itself. The ground floor is divided into two units and offers the possibility of your own privacy, even though you are in the same place. In the first unit, which we can also call the White Unit, it is possible to stay for three people (2+1), while the second unit offers accommodation for five (4+1). The space of the first unit includes a living room, a kitchen and a bathroom, while the second unit has all of that with an additional bathroom. Both units offer large terraces with a beautiful view of the pool, but equally beautiful views extend to the garden as well as to the mountains. Enjoyment and relaxation is also offered by the outdoor area with 8 deckchairs by the pool and the summer kitchen, which enables the preparation of various barbecue specialties at any time of the day, followed by the indispensable refreshment in the pool. The facility is located in the Dubrovnik-Neretva County in the very south of the Republic of Croatia. Only 2 km from the house is one of the most famous and beautiful restaurants in the Konavoski dvori region, and the equally beautiful Konoba Vinica Monković. This region offers wine roads, horse riding, buggy rides as well as the imposing Sokol tower. One of the most beautiful European beaches called Pasjača and little town Cavtat

One of the best restaurants in whole Dubrovnik region is Konavoski dvori (3 km from thw house) and near house you have restaurant Vinica Monkovic - around 2 km 🏞 You have also restaurant Điron at the center of the place🏠 Also there are wine roads 🥂 in this region and Kojan Koral where you can ride horses 🐎, drive buggies 🏎 etc. Sokol fortress is also very beautiful to see 🏛 For markets - Studenac is 🥖 under the police station and you have Tommy 🥯 on the right side of the road around 100 m. Beaches - Molunat 🏖(12km) and one of the most beautiful Pasjača 🏝 (6 km). You have also little town Cavtat 🛳 (16 km) and to Dubrovnik 🏛 is around 30 minutes. And in Čilipi 🕍there is folkor on Sunday at 11 am.
