The villa is located on the right side of the bay, in a pine forest and is only 50 meters from the sea. The villa has a large swimming pool and is surrounded by a stone paved courtyard with a fireplace, a table with chairs under an olive tree, an outdoor shower and sun loungers. From the stone pavement you enter the ground floor which consists of 2 bedrooms, 1 with double beds and the other with a single bed. There is also a small new kitchen and a dining room with a table and 5 chairs. There are also bathrooms with a toilet. On the first floor there are 3 bedrooms, all with double beds. There is a fully equipped kitchen with a large living room. In the living room there is an incredible artistic sofa, a dining table with 6 chairs and an incredible piano on which you can play, if you have the will and knowledge :). From the living room you can go out to a large sunny terrace of about 80 square meters on which there are two sets of chairs, and from the booth you can observe the sea, the pool, the pine lash and completely relax

Splitska is a small place on the island of Brač that got its name thanks to the export of stone to Split for the construction of Diocletian's Palace. Thanks to contact with the Roman emperor, Splitka abounds with numerous Roman wells and puddles.
