The stone house has 2 comfortable sleeping rooms (with 2 air conditioners), 1 double bed, and 2 big + 2 normal single beds, and 1 living room with foldable sofa with double bed, two with single bed-one in the sleeping room and one on the first floor in adjacent room. There is 1 bathroom, one full bathroom in the house. There is a solar outdoor shower near the swimming pool. The pool has automatic electrolysis, cleaned regularly. In the auxiliary building there are 4 bikes for free rent, 1 is a child bike. There is a billiard pool table in one room, a pikado, a small plastic house for children play. The house is full equipped, has air conditioners, smart Tv-sattelite, radio, cdplayer, dvd player, cofee maker, tea maker..all dishes...etc. The property is enclosed on the parcell od some 300 m2.
It is a small village in south Istria, only 1,5 km from the sea, 3 km from Duga uvala, 15min ride to Pula, 20 min from Brijuni (Fažana). Suggested visit to Brijuni national park, then the nature park Kamenjak - for going to nice beaches, also 25min ride, nice Rabac beaches also 20min ride. Close there is old town Rakalj with beautiful views, some nice restaurants with good food. Closest restaurant 50 meters.
