Stone Villa Marjan is a traditional Dalmatian stone estate located in the peaceful village of Pitve, on the island of Hvar. The property includes three restored stone houses with a total of 5 bedrooms, 5 bathrooms, a spacious kitchen, private pool, sauna, large garden, children’s playground, and a stone fireplace for outdoor dining. The villa is rented exclusively as a whole, accommodating 10–14 guests, offering full privacy — ideal for families, groups of friends, or retreats. All guests receive a welcome gift of a bottle of our homemade wine, with a choice of varieties produced in our private wine cellar. Located just minutes from Jelsa and small villages on the south side just few minutes from beautiful local beaches, the villa offers the perfect blend of serenity, tradition, and comfort. Come and experience the authentic soul of Hvar — through stone, sun, and wine.
