The old stone house was built in 1864 and has been renovated throughout the years. The house has a surface area of at least 200 m2 that include terrace of 24 m2 and backyards of 70 m2. Ground floor includes fully equipped kitchen, eating area, living room with gym corner and exit to the backyard. First floor includes two bedrooms with a mountain view and one bathroom. Second floor include one bathroom and two bedroom with exit to the terrace with a sea view. It is only 20 m from promenade and CCA 3 minute from the nearest beach.
