It consists of three separate apartments connected by interior stairs. On the 1st and 2nd floor there is one bedroom each, on the 3rd floor there are two. Each apartment has a small kitchen, living room, bathroom and balcony with panoramic sea view. On the first floor, with a separate entrance, there is the barbecue area and a bathroom. On the large terrace there is an outdoor jacuzzi and it is separated from the house by a footpath.
