Žminj is literally, and geographically, the center of Istria. It's only 14 kilometers to Pazin, 20 to Rovinj, 2.5 to Kanfanar, and within a radius of about ten kilometers are Savičenta, Sveti Petar u Šumi... It's 28 kilometers to Pula, about 14 to Vodnjan, around 15 to Limska Draga, 15 to Bale... The area has countless restaurants, farm estates, wineries, and tastings of Istrian products... For all guests during July and August, organized by the Žminj Tourist Board, there is a free guided tour every Wednesday at 10:00, starting in front of the Tourist Board. The tour is led by a professional tour guide in traditional costume. During the tour, visitors see the significant sites of the town of Žminj, and there is also the opportunity to taste local products.
