Modern and comfortably furnished holiday home with a small pool, in the idyllic Istrian town of Pićan. It is located in a typical Istrian street at the top of the city from where there is a beautiful view of the green surroundings. . The house was renovated in 2020 in a quiet and secluded place that offers guests an ideal place for a relaxing holiday with family or friends. It is fully equipped and offers a high level of comfort. The house is fully air conditioned. The ground floor consists of a living room that has access to a terrace with pool and deck chairs. On the first floor there is a fully equipped kitchen with dining area, while on the third floor there are two bedrooms with bathroom. In the beautifully landscaped yard there is garden furniture, barbecue area and two parking spaces. Spend unforgettable moments with your family in magical Istria.

In the eastern part of Istria, only 15 kilometers from the sea, lies the medieval town of Pićan, a city of rich history and cultural heritage, today a city of galleries and artists who create and live here all year round. Pićan is located near the town of Labin.
