This newly-built holiday house is located in Bale near Rovinj, and it can accommodate up to 6 people. The house is fully air-conditioned (including all three bedrooms) and it consists of three bathrooms, a large living room connected with the dining area and a fully equipped kitchen. A spacious roofed terrace is on the guests disposal. The terrace is equipped with seating furniture, and it's overlooking the garden and a beautifully landscaped lawn. Bale is a tourist settlement situated on the southern coast of Istria and the fact that it is very close to Pula and Rovinj, makes this location a perfect destination for families with children. At the same time, the closeness of the Brijuni National Park makes it an appealing tourist destination. First beach is located 5 km away in a touristic camp under the name - "Mon Perin". The rental price of this house includes a pass to enter the beach at the nearby Mon Perin campsite.
