Vacation house Fanita is located in Splitska on the island Brač. 30m gravel road leads to the house. The house is connected to the water network and there is no limit in water use. Hot water is heated in the external heater 80l capacity boiler and can be used in the bathroom as well. Electricity is obtained through solar cells. The nearest beach does not offer complete privacy, but there are many coves where you can enjoy total privacy surrounded by pine trees. Splitka is about 1. 5 km away from the house and there can be reached in 2 minutes by car or 15 minute walk. You can buy all the necessary groceries and rent a boat in Splitska. If you own your own boat, the owner will provide you a berth

Thanks to contact with the Roman emperor, Splitka abounds with numerous Roman wells and puddles. In one of the quarries it is possible to see a relief of the Roman god Hercules.Besides being rich in history, Splitska is ideal for a peaceful and relaxing holiday.
