House Moreda is located in Vodnjan, just 10 km from Pula and 7 km from the nearest beach in Fažana. It is perfect for families and small groups, as it can accommodate 5 adults and one child. The villa has three bedrooms and two bathrooms. The house is air-conditioned, as are all the bedrooms. Additionally, there are two televisions in the house, one of which is located in a bedroom. In the courtyard, guests can enjoy a saltwater swimming pool, perfect for refreshing during warm days. The property is fully enclosed with a 2-meter-high fence, ensuring complete privacy and safety. Two private parking spaces are also available. For outdoor dining, guests can use a wood-fired barbecue, while the fully equipped outdoor kitchen includes a gas stove, refrigerator, and dishwasher. The kitchen inside the house is equipped with a filter coffee machine and a moka pot, allowing guests to enjoy their favorite coffee at any time of the day.
