House Nino is located in a quiet small Krmed village, in the heart of Istria, only 8 min distance from Bale and 25 min from Rovinj. Hi, I'm Sandra, I'm living in Rovinj with my family. We love stay in nature, drive a bicycle, fishing, swiming... In the free time we are making wine, olive oil and we have a little garden where we have a vegetables for our self. My family and I rent our two apartments in Rovinj and a house in Krmed near Bale with love. We try hard to offer you very clean and well equipped apartments and to provide you everything you need for your holiday in Istria. We welcome you to enjoy your staying in our apartments. Krmed is a small village, approx. 7km from the town of Bale, 20km from the city of Rovinj and 30 km from Pula. Krmed is a great location to stay when exploring Istrian peninsula because of its position, almost in the middle of peninsula so you can visit different places every day. Closest grocery stores, restaurants, coffee bars, post office, pharmacy, ATMs and a tourist office are located in a charming small town Bale, on a 5-7 minute car ride from House Nino, but you can also find all of these services in a town of Kanfanar (also 7-8 min ride). Besides Bale and Kanfanar, there are restaurants, pizzerias, beer brewery, grocery stores, butcher shop, coffee bars and a lot of events during summer in the town of Svetvinčenat, on an 8-10 minutes car ride away from House Nino. When coming from Koper, Slovenia, cross the border at Kaštel or Plovanija border cross. Follow the half-highway road (E751) for Pula/Poreč. Exit at Rovinj/Kanfanar (D303). Turn left and follow the road for Bale/Golaš (D21/D75). Follow the road and turn left on the sign Krmed/Svetvinčenat. When in Krmed, House Nino is on the left, as shown on the pictures.
