There is a beach in front of the house with the guaranteed privacy as well as the berth. It is not recommended to use the berth for bigger boats due to strong wind impacts. The berth can be found in Postira as well. If you do not own your own boat, you can rent it in Postira. 50 m gravel road leads to the house. Electricity is obtained through solar cells and is not recommended to use small household appliances with high energy. Guests can use small electrical appliances with a maximum power of up to 800 W.
