This beautiful villa with heated pool is set on a remote and rural landscape with a breath-taking view over the valley Heated pool from April to November Hot tub outside - All year available Private parking with EV charger free of charge In 2025 new building available with sauna, gym and entertainment area! The guests are guaranteed with the 100 % privacy as no other people living around in a perimeter of 300 meters. City distance Zadar is 28 km (airport 20 km) away Šibenik is 50 km away Split is 125 km (airport 99 km) away Attraction distance Plitvice lakes 125 km away Krka 45 km away Kornati 30 km away
We are private owners of the villa. We use it as well for our family and holidays during the year. We welcome every guest no matter of age, sex, nationality, profession or religion.
