Villa Lili is located near the center of Žminj, in a very quiet location where you can really enjoy yourself without noise. The house with a large garden and a fenced yard consists of a large kitchen and dining room, on the ground floor there is one bedroom and a bathroom with a shower, from the kitchen, which is equipped with everything you need, you go into the large living room. From the living room there is an exit to the yard and terrace where you can relax in the natural shade. On the first floor of the house there are two bedrooms and one bathroom with a bathtub. Given the size of the house, one air conditioner is located on the ground floor and the other on the first floor. Fans are also available if needed. Given the large garden that is fenced, staying with up to 3 pets is allowed, and in order for guests to be as satisfied as possible, there is no additional charge for them. Žminj is located in the very heart of Istria. Green, healthy and sustainable tourism is characteristic for Žminj and Žminjština (surroundings belonging to the municipality). Žminj was an important Austrian fort which was near the Venetian fort in Svetvinčenat. The remains of that fort are a castle and a round tower (a total of three were built). Numerous exhibitions and events are held in the preserved tower today. We also suggest visiting a cave in the nearby village of Feština. A recognizable tourist souvenir from this region is the "Žminj rićin", a replica of the earrings found at the necropolis in Žminj.
