House Volak is located on the island of Pašman, secluded, with no neighbors nearby. You can get to the island of Pašman by ferry from Biograd to Tkon. The ride takes about 15 minutes. A local improvised road with a length of 2500 m leads to the house from Neviđana. Such improvised roads can be significantly damaged due to bad weather (rain, hail, wind), and therefore we definitely recommend careful and slow driving. This island is a great destination for all lovers of water sports. In addition, there are hiking, cycling and trekking trails on the island, which are also near this house, along which you can find various types of Mediterranean, medicinal and aromatic plants - perfect for all nature lovers. Fresh water is supplied from a 30,000 liter tank. Given that the water in the tank is exposed to high temperatures during the summer, we recommend bottled water for drinking. Cold running water is installed in the house. During your stay, you can have fun with TV with Croatian programs. El. energy is obtained through solar power, so everything in the house is on 12V except for one socket for 220V, which is used for small consumers
