This breath-takingly lovely villa occupies a magnificent spot on the hillside at the very top of the quaint little village of Smrika. It is a perfect place for those looking for peace and quiet but who still like to be within easy reach of sunny beaches and vivid seaside resorts. There are beautiful walking and cycling routes around the village with lots of interesting sights worthwhile discovering. Be sure not to miss the nearby Kraljevica with its two historic castles, as well as a diving and sailing centre and a paintball club. The nearest beaches are in the Bay of Crisnjeva and the lively tourist village known as Scott's Bay with various sports and summer activities. If you head a little further south, towards Jadranovo, you will find several secluded coves with beautiful beaches. The village of Smrika offers an excellent local restaurant as well as cosy little cafés at a walking distance from the villa. For a livelier nightlife and additional entertainment, head to the regional capital of Rijeka (20km) or the popular seaside resort of Crikvenica (15km).
