Our property is a domestic Dalmatian family house, mostly made of stone, surrounded by a beautiful garden full of different species. It incorporates three independent rooms, each with its own bathroom and balcony with a stunning view. Every room and bathroom are brand new and possess everything you need for a pleasant and unforgettable vacation (fridge, tv, air conditioner, hair dryer, strongbox, Wi-Fi). In addition there is small shared kitchen on you disposal where you can make coffee, tea, smoothie or prepare simple meals. The front two rooms have separated balconies from where you can enjoy a beautiful view of the sea and Hvar's fort called Fortica. Sunset views are magical too. The third room, placed on the side has a private balcony as well. Even though there is no sea view, it's perfect for chilling under a natural shade made of bougainvillea tree. We also have a big garden planted with some traditional Dalmatian trees and plants. If you are traveling by car, we offer you free private parking. Reservation in advance is mandatory due to limited parking spaces.

Twin brothers, Igor and Vibor are pleased to host you and offer an unforgettable experience of staying in our traditional family home on the island of Hvar. This quaint stone house, only recently refurbished to meet all the modern accommodation criteria, used to belong to our dearest grandfather Prošper who started this business in the early 1990-ties. Our goal is to keep this traditional family business alive, as well as to make further improvements, in accordance with the 21st century standards, whilst, at the same time, preserving a relaxed atmosphere of an old Mediterranean style of living. Such ‘rustic meets modern’ approach is guaranteed to provide for a most unique and unforgettable holiday experience. Although born and raised in the Croatian capital of Zagreb, our aim was never to forget our Adriatic seaside family roots, which are also reflected in our love for simplicity and most delicious Mediterranean food. We both love sports and enjoy our active lifestyles – our favorite hobbies are, of course, swimming, as well as hiking and playing football. Our property is placed in the city of Hvar, a peaceful neighborhood called Križna Luka, just a few minutes from the sea. There are shortcut stairs next to the house, so the first supermarket is even closer. Don't let google maps to confuse you, if you are using it to find our location. It is a silent and peaceful part of the city of Hvar, perfect for a great vacation, but if you want to enjoy a wide range of different activities, don't worry, it takes only ten minutes walking by the sea to reach the city center. We sincerely recommend you mingle around the city and explore its narrow streets with cozy bars and restaurants. Old, traditional, and historical buildings mixed with picturesque architecture will make you speechless.
