House for rest Ivićev san is located in a quiet hamlet Simici, 5.8 km from Tucepi. This house is 100 years old , but is completely renovated this winter. It has everything you need for perfect vacation. There is kitchen, living room , two rooms, bathroom and toilet. Outside is big terrace, balcony and in front yard is heating swimming pool with sunbathing area. From the terrace and balcony there is a view of the sea on one side and the mountain Biokovo on the other one. If you are looking for a quiet and secluded place you are at the right address. Also, if you are looking for some fun, or you just wan't take a walk by the beach , Tučepi and Makarska are just few kilometres away. Hosts live in Makarska so you will have your complete privacy. Pets are allowed upon request, with a fee of 15 euros per day.
