Welcome to this newly built, fully furnished apartment, located in a quiet and peaceful street. The building was completed in 2010 and has a convenient market on the ground floor for all your shopping needs. The apartment is nicely located on the west side of the building and has a balcony with a beautiful view. On the left side there is a view of the city and the sea, while on the right there is a beautiful view of the magnificent mountain Biokovo. The location is great, with the main square just a 5-minute walk away, where you can often enjoy concerts and other events. If you are ready to spend a day at the beach, the nearest beach is only a 10-minute walk away. Parking will not be a hassle because the apartment includes a private parking space. This place was bought to earn some extra money for her two daughters and her grandchildren The neighborhood is quiet and the market downstairs is really useful. You can walk only 400 meters to the main square which is very close. Come and see for yourself! This apartment is a wonderful place that I am sure you will like. Don't miss this fantastic opportunity to enjoy the best place!
I bought the place 2 years ago and wanted to earn some extra money for my two daughters, one granddaughter and 2 grandsons.
It is a quiet neighbourhood with a great thing that it has a market on a ground floor of my building. It is very close to the center of the city so you can park the car on private parking and walk for about 400m to the main square.
