Kuća je jedinstvena jer se nalazi na samoj rijeci, uz slapove, nekoliko desetaka metara uz izvor Čabranke. U idiličnom, netaknutom okolišu, okružena bujnom gorskom vegetacijom, na kraju puta koji vodi iz središta grada Čabra do izvora, na početku kanjona iz kojega sukljaju hladni gorski brzaci, pruža doživljaj autentične prirode. Šum rijeke i njezinih slapova u kojemu se može uživati na prostranoj terasi, šetnja uz izvor s obiju strana rijeke, mogućnost planinarenja ili samo laganih šetnji, pruža priliku za idealan bijeg iz grada i odmor od gužve. Nedaleko od kuće, iznad brzaca koji šikljaju iz kamena, drveni je mostić, nazvan Most ljubavi. Tu u dubokoj hladovini huči voda, šumi šuma, struji zrak, a sunčevi se traci lome kroz krošnje, što nudi jedinstven doživljaj.
