“Adressen låg perfekt i gamla staden. Bostaden var stiligt inredd och väl utrustad, dessutom med krämer, tvål etc. Värdinnan var mycket vänlig. Utsikten från balkongen var mycket vacker, ut mot bergen. Perfekt att få låna cyklar. Fint med basilika...”

A five-hundred-year-old stone house, hidden in the labyrinth of the UNESCO-protected town of Stari Grad (Hvar island, Dalmatia). We call her Jackie, after a local legend claiming that Jacqueline Kennedy once visited Stari Grad and was seen water-skiing in the bay. These days, a stream of celebrities yachts around the island.
