This is a gorgeous, high-spec apartment, in a beautiful old stone building which dates back around 150 years. It was recently renovated to a very high standard for its English owners and offers plenty of space both inside and out. It's in the perfect position, just far enough up from the quayside to be peaceful and quiet, but still within easy reach of the restaurants and grocery stores. There are fabulous views over the bay of Vis and out to sea. The bedroom has a romantic feel (often used by honeymooners) and there is a super-king size bed. The ensuite bathroom has a big walk in shower, modern sink etc. There is a living room with top quality double sofabed and at one side is a well equipped kitchenette with fridge-freezer, dishwasher, washing machine and tumble dryer. It is equipped with attractive crockery and glassware. Outside is a wide spacious sun terrace with a bougainvillea pergola and lots of pretty pots spilling with pelargoniums. The terrace extends around the corner of the building and that section provides shade for those who need it. We provide enough sunbeds for everyone staying, plus there is an outside dining table for al fresco meals. In the evening the apartment is in the perfect position for admiring the sun setting on the far side of the bay. It is stunningly beautiful.
We are a private couple who genuinely care about the people who rent our apartment. We know how precious holiday time is and we go the extra mile to make sure the apartment stays in tip top condition so that your stay will be as comfortable as possible. Getting wonderful feedback from guests (which we almost always do!) adds joy to our lives. This is our first time using this website as we've previously used other well-known websites (you can read great reviews about the apartment there). So please don't judge us on the lack of reviews!
The island of Vis is natural, unspoilt and charming. It has history, friendliness and beauty, in spades!
