“Die Wohnung ist wunderschön. Man hat genau 5 Minuten zum Meer und von der Dachterrasse kann man das Meer sogar sehen. Wir waren zu 6 dort und die Wohnung war wirklich perfekt dafür. Empfehle ich von ganzen Herzen zu 100%.”

Novo renovirani apartman u staroj kamenoj kući na Kutu, istočnom dijelu Viške uvale, u pješačkoj zoni bez automobila i svega nekoliko koraka od mora. U neposrednoj blizini nalazi se riva, stari dio Kuta sa povijesnim znamenitostima, lokali uz rivu i na glavnom trgu, stara crkva sa zvonikom, trgovine te najbolji restorani u Visu. Apartman ima svoj ulaz, prostire se na dvije etaže, dvije spavaće sobe, dvije kupaonice, dnevni boravak, terasu i potpuno je opremljen. (TV, klima, perilica rublja i posuđa, kuhinja, plahte, ručnici, ...).
Od trajektne luke do apartmana moguće je doći pješke, laganom šetnjom uz more za cca 20 minuta. Autom je moguće doči preko obilaznice, 5 minuta vožnje i prići na udaljenost od cca 100m od apartmana. Smještaj automobila na gradskom parkingu pored škole ili iznad obilaznice. Prijevoz od trajektne luke moguć i taksijem. Vis je idealan za kretanje sa biciklom. Cijelu uvalu moguće je obići uz morsku šetnicu od hotela Issa na zapadnom dijelu uvale do plaže Grandovac na istočnom dijelu uvale ukupne dužine cca 4 km. U neposrednoj blizini nalazi se riva, stari dio Kuta sa povijesnim znamenitostima, lokali uz rivu i na glavnom trgu, stara crkva sa zvonikom, trgovine te najbolji restorani u Visu.
