Villa Rosa is a refurbished traditional stone house located in the heart of the sleepy village of Dracevica. It has 2 comfortable bedrooms, a living room, kitchen with dining table. There is a modern bathroom with shower and washing machine. It has a beautiful terrace surrounded with local plants with its own stone BBQ. The cottage opens to another terrace with a private swimming pool that has its own shower, toilet and changing room. Guests can sunbathe or enjoy drinks in the evening looking at the magnificent view of the surrounding hills on the top terrace too.
Rosa is half Croatian and the property has been in her family for the last 300 years. She is married to Beni. Rosa and Beni are both retired but love to make their guests welcome. So, if you need anything or any information while staying at Villa Rosa, just ask Rosa or Beni!
The village of Dracevica has got 80 people who live there throughout the year. It is a traditional stone village, with a beautiful church, a museum, a small grocery store, a restaurant, a vineyard and local artists and liquor makers. During the Summer a couple of fun festivals take place in the square, make sure to participate! The nearest beach is 10min away by car, and there are many interesting places to visit on foot or bike. Dracevica is the perfect place to relax and recharge your batteries…

Please note: the swimming pool is shared between the two of our properties: Villa Rosa 45 and 46a.  As Villa Rosa 46a will have use of the pool in the mornings from 8:00-14:00 and Villa Rosa 45 in the afternoons, from 14:00-20:00 every day of the week.

Please inform Villa Rosa, Dracevica 46a, Brac of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation.

This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties.

Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian.
