Kuća se nalazi u mirnom kvartu grada. udaljena je 10 minuta hoda do mora, 15 minuta do centra. U blizini su samoposluga, restoran, tenis centar, staza za trčanje ili hodanje. Naša kuća ima fantastičan pogled na more i otoke ispred Hvara. Gosti kažu da je pogled od milion dolara! Terase su velike, pokrivene sa velikim stolom i možete doručkovati ili večerati gledajući more, jedrilice, ili brodove uz šum borova i mora a ako je jutro i sa orkestrom cvrčaka.... Iza kuće imamo veliki parking besplatan za naše goste. WI-FI i klima su takođe besplatni .
Moj suprug i ja se bavimo turizmom već 40 godina , živimo u prizemlju kuće i na raspolaganju smo gostima za sve njihove upite. Suprug je bio direktor hotela a ja menager na recepciji. Naravno , ne u istom hotelu! Ja volim sukulente i imam ih svuda , po vrtovima i pitarima . Obožavam ih i uživam u njima. Suprug stalno nešto radi po vrtu, oko maslina, zalijeva pa mu je kuća ustvari hobi. Goste dočekujem ja i govorim osim engleskog i talijanski, njemački i francuski. Gosti sa djecom su nam dobrodošli a takođe i sa psima.
Kuća je u mirnom kvartu i svi u susjedstvu se trudimo da tako i ostane. Na 2-3 minuta hoda je samoposluga i dobar restoran. Tenis tereni su na 5-6 min. kao i staza staze za hodanje ili trčanje.
