The house is located 700 meters from the city center, the Pula Arena - amphitheater. There is a large yard with 2 parking spaces. Within the house there is also an outdoor kitchen with a barbecue, terrace and a canopy. Easy access to the vehicle. The parking spaces are protected by a high fence on remote control. The entire property was completely renovated in 2019. The courtyard is completely fenced and is ideal for pets.
