Dear guests, thank you for your interest and we want you to spend unforgettable moments in Istria. House Lilla was renovated in 2021. Our semi-detached house consist of House LILLA 1 (3 person) and LILLA 2 (5 person). It is located in the small charming village of Loborika. The proximity to numerous beaches, coves and other sports and cultural facilities on the east, west and south coast is a great advantage of this holiday home. Beaches and the city Pula center are 10 min. away. by car, and the center of Loborika with a grocery shop, cafe bar and restaurant is 2 min. away. on foot. The House LILLA 2 has its own entrance, own full fenced yard of 1200 m2, free parking inside the yard. It is suitable for families with children, pets and people with reduced mobility. The yard of house LILLA 2 consist of a children"s playground, a volleyball court on natural lawn and badminton, as well as recreation equipment. There are also three terraces with garden furniture. One in the shade of the vines, the other under the canopy of a large walnut, and the third with a large gazebo next to the grill. Free sunbeds are also available. The fee for pets is paid in cash upon arrival in the amount of EUR 7 per pet per night Everything what you see in the pictures of House Lilla 2 is just for you.
The House LILLA 1 has also its own private entrance, own full fenced yard of 800 m2, free parking inside the yard. It is suitable for families with children, pets and people with reduced mobility. The yard of House LILLA 1 is mostly covered with natural lawn. It has children"s playground, as well as recreation equipment. There is also terrace with garden furniture. House LILLA 1 offer Spa hot tube and grill place. Hot tube has free seasonal use (from 01. June to 30. September). Free sunbeds and parasol are also available. The fee for pets is paid in cash upon arrival in the amount of EUR 7 per pet per night Everything what you see in the pictures of House Lilla 1 is just for you. Welcome :)
