House is located at the plateu of Lateso hill just above amazing Pucisca bay on the Island of Brac. It is situated on private parcel (3500 m2 large, fully fenced with traditional Dalmatian stone wall and it is full of various plants and threes like olives, almond, cherry´s etc.). Two parking spaces are provided inside of parcel. Elevation of the house and parcel is 105 m and it has great panoramic view to the sea and mountains. Stone house is completely renovated to provide you with full comfort. Enjoy privacy in the peace and relax. House has two floors. First floor consist of living room, bathroom, dining area and kitchen with access to the outdoor dining area. Outdoor dinning area is covered and it has stone fire place, electric oven, electic flat top grill and own bathroom. On the second floor there are two bedrooms .Both with A/C. One bedroom has access to sun terrace. Wireless internet and flat android TV will make your stay more comfortable. House is rented fully furnished therefore bed linen, bathroom accessories and dishware are provided.
Pucisca is known as one of the most beautiful small places in Europe.Besides beautiful bay with crystal clear sea and surrounding green hills you will find ambulance, denist, firefighters, drugstore, markets, cafe bars, restaurants and frendly people.
