Holiday house NiKa **** is situated in the center of the old and historic town Omisalj (located on the 85 meters high cliff) on the Island Krk. This charming house, dating back from 19th century, was completely renovated recreating it's original stoney apperence intertwined with wooden interior. The house (100 m 2) is equipped with a modern kitchen, living room and toilet on the ground floor, breathtaking bedroom and bathroom on the first floor and another bedroom with additional bed and toilet on the second floor. Distance to the beaches is 200 m air distance. The house is in pedestrian zone, everything you need is very close to you (restaurants, bars, church, bank, bus station, shops, doctor, post office ..) and it has big private parking free for our guests only 50 m away. Omisalj is an ideal destination for family holidays, rich on the summer events for a pleasant tourist stay, but also for active vacations (swimming, walking, cycling, diving ...).
The roots of our family in Omisalj are going back 500 years. Omisalj, the only town that is in the Rijeka Bay seen from all sides, at a height of 85 m, on the northwest side of the island is dominated by almost three kilometers long bay and beautiful to see from the Adriatic Sea side.
Holiday home Nika **** is located in the center of the town Omisalj, which was first mentioned in the past 1,153 years ago. Today, as one of the oldest places on the Island, Omisalj is important Glagolitic and cultural center. The curved stone streets of the old city center and the compacted line of houses, conserve a valuable cultural and historical heritage. A good start for getting to know Omisalj's heritage is certainly the local Lapidary, a small collection of stone monuments offering comprehensive insight into Omisalj history, then Mirine -ancient town and early Christian complex in the bay Sepen and the parish church Uznesenja Marijina (XII century.) In addition to the rich cultural and historical heritage, part of the offer, all within 500 meters of the Holiday Home NiKa ****, are the restaurants, the bars, the post office, the bank, the pharmacy, museums, beach ... a rich program of summer events of the Tourist Board and the Municipality of Omisalj ...
