The property includes the whole house with private yard and pool. When you enter the property it assures you privacy behind the old stone walls surrounding the house. You will have a pool, outside solar shower and dining area in the yard. The house itself was built in 1926 as a typical mediterranean stone house and although renovated recently, most of the authentic details are still kept. House features 2 spacious bedrooms on the 1st floor with air conditioning and a small living room with flat screen tv and sofa on the ground floor, 6 person capacity total. Children and baby equipment is available on request. Fully equiped kitchen featuring dishwasher, toaster, owen, juicer and drip coffee maschine, extra sofa and smart TV with Netflix. One bathroom with bath tub and sink. Laundry room features a washing maschine, sink and extra fridge. WiFi is available all through the property. Parking space just in front of the stone walls of the house, no aditional cost.
Our idea for this project comes from love for nature, healthy food and living simple in the country side yet close to the sea enough so you can smell the salt in the air. We enjoy gardening so we encourage our guests to pick and eat all available veggies and mediterranean herbs and also to water the garden when it's thirsty. Our garden is 100% organic.
If you love being in nature, you will enjoy staying in our house. Drivenik is a peaceful little village set in Vinodol valley with beautiful nature lanscape surrounded by hills. Citadel Drivenik is seen from the house which is especially beautiful at night. You will also enjoy seeing the skies full of paragliders sailing from the nearby hills. You will have a local grocery shop, post office and cafe bar in the village, just 250 m away from the house. Lake Tribalj is 1,5 km away and to the nearest beaches it takes about 8 min drive with car in each direction.
