Positioned at altitude of 273 m above the sea level, beautiful view on Kvarner bay, Istria, islands of Cres and Krk and Opatija, mixture sea and continental air giving relaxing refreshment practically through all the summer. Excellent position in the hart of Kvarner bay with quick and easy access to the highway. Very quiet surroundings. Apartments are placed in separate wing of the villa, accessible trough separate entrance directly from the own yard parking. Balconies of both apartments are big enough and private enough to give pleasant stay practically all day long.

I am an naval architect almost retired, having family of 3 big kids and the wife Mirjana. Besides my working activities, jogging and movies are my main hobbies.

The street of apartments is a small, closed, with only a dozen of houses. Very nice fish restaurant is placed few houses away. In radius of 1 km you find 3 big supermarkets with excellent choice of food and beverages. In radius of 2 km you find cities of Matulji and old and picturesque Kastav, with a lot of restaurants and cafe s particularly pleasant during hot summer evenings because of fresh air stream. City of Rijeka is the biggest port of Croatia and it is very interesting town to be visited.(10km) Opatija is one of the most beautiful touristic attractions on Adria with touristic tradition since 1860. Lovran and Mošćenićka Draga are about 10/15 km away, very old Mediterranean small ports and cities, with plenty of cozy restaurants, beaches, galleries. Famous Istria coast is only 100 km away, and mounting region of Gorski Kotar giving fine refreshment in summer. is less than 30/40 km away. Walking and bike tours there are much more pleasant due to lower temperatures.
