Welcome to Kvarner Park Villa — our little Mediterranean haven in Kastav - Rijeka Kvarner Park Villa was born out of our love for the Kvarner region and a desire to offer guests a place where a holiday truly feels like a holiday. It's set in a peaceful part of Kastav, just 4 km from Opatija, 9 km from the Rujevica Stadium, and 12 km from the Maritime and History Museum of the Croatian Littoral — close enough to explore the surroundings, yet quiet enough to truly unwind. The villa sits within 700 m² of landscaped park and offers air-conditioned accommodation with free fiber-optic WiFi. What our guests love most is the private pool with a sand-effect finish and RGB LED lighting, which creates a wonderful atmosphere for relaxing in the evening. We designed the garden, complete with a playhouse and children's play area, especially with families in mind, and there's also free private parking for your peace of mind. Inside, you'll find 2 bedrooms, a kitchen with an island, fridge, and dishwasher, plus 3 bathrooms — each with a shower and bathtub. For cozy evenings in, there's a TV with satellite channels. Feeling active? The surrounding area offers lovely cycling routes to explore the Kvarner landscape. For days when you're in the mood for culture and city life, the Ivan pl. Zajc Croatian National Theatre is 13 km away, and the historic Trsat Castle is 16 km away. Rijeka Airport is located 38 km from the villa. Restaurants serving local specialties are just 2 km away, and the nearest market is only 1 km away.
