These apartments are a small family business. Our family consists of mom (Blaženka), dad (Ante), two daughters (Tina and Leonarda) and one dog (Pablo). We will welcome you and give you the key and all the informations. We are happy that we can do the job that makes us happy and fulfilled. We are looking forward to your arrival!

Property info

The apartment is in an ideal location, only 50 m from the beach ,10 m from the store. Only 50 m from the Adriatic Sea, it offers free Wi-Fi and air-conditioned accommodation with satellite TV. The UNESCO-protected Diocletian’s Palace is 7 km away. Apartments are new, so everything inside is new and clean. Apartment has 35 square meters + shared front yard. It has kitchen, bathroom, living room with sofa (it can be turned into bed for two) and bedroom with big bed for two.There are 5 apartments, all on the ground floor with a courtyard where you can relax, sit and enjoy. Every apartment has its own entrance. There are 2 apartments on the front of the house whit their own courtyard, and three apartments on the side of the house with their courtyard. Groceries is right next to the apartment and the centre of Stobreč is within 300 m distance.The apartments can be reached by bus (bus stop is 100 m) by car or taxi. Bus goes about every 20 minutes to the Split. Parking is free on the street. We are also available for car transfers as well as for airport pick up and transfer to the apartment at convenient extra cost of only 30 Euro. Feel at home and behave like at your own home!

Stobrec is a small and peaceful touristic destination, ideal place for all who enjoy relaxing holidays. Other than beaches, Stobrec is also well known for it's tennis courts and golf court, located near the house, within 5 min walking distance. Stobrec is located only 7 km from the centre of Split, therefore also ideal starting point for visiting Split, islands of Brac, Vis and Hvar as well as for exploring the Dalmatian coast towards Dubrovnik. The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful. You can go everywhere on foot, to the beach,restaurants,bars and supermarket.
