Welcome to a charming studio apartment, located on the ground floor of a family house, just 200 meters from the sea. The studio apartment offers a comfortable double bed and a functional kitchen, equipped with the basics for preparing simple meals. There is a bathroom with a shower and a terrace, perfect for outdoor living. The apartment is equipped with SAT-TV, WLAN, air conditioning, and bed linen and towels, all included in the price. Small pets are allowed for an additional fee. For guests who wish to explore the surroundings more actively, bicycles can be rented for an additional fee and by arrangement with the host. Novigrad, the pearl of Istria, is known for its narrow stone streets, historic old town and beautiful beaches. Discover local specialties in nearby restaurants and enjoy the crystal clear sea, which is just a few minutes walk from the apartment. Small pets are allowed with an extra charge of 10,00 eur/day per pet. Payment is at the agency and can be paid in cash or by card.
