We are a small, family-run bussiness. My wife and I, are quite a lot in hospitality and tourism industry. More than 10 years we lived abroad, worked on a river cruise ships and also overseas. we inherited the big land from our grandparents and the idea to open something different and unusual in this region came very naturally. Lots of love, dedication, effort and creativity was needed to make it happen. Our three small, vivacious kids also gave us some hints and directions. Lika Sunset accommodation was created and our beloved ones were very excited that we gonna finally settle down and with our rich experience create tourist getaway . We are very thrilled that we can offer the chance to adventurous travellers to discover our part of the world. Lika Sunset is a rural accomodation that features 4 small bungalows (9m2) and each bungalow has a private modern bathroom (5m2) situated at the ground floor of house lounge which is app 20 meters distance from each bungalow. All guests have access to the big lounge area (70m2) where is well equipped kitchen, TV, wifi access, also used as a resting area. Each bungalow has a queen size bed, a small fridge, a fan, and a basic utilities. Outside it has garden set with a sun umbrella, and a fire basket/barbecue where you can truly enjoy the rural scenary. Kostelka, a small tributary of river Gacka, passes 20m from the bungalows. In 15min walk you can reach its spring where is a center of indigenous species of fish and craw fish in carastic water. The area is very popular for its bicycle routes which are mainly hilly. For your extra activity either to get around or to follow some cycle routs we have bicycles available. Jacuzzi is available to our guests to relax and enjoy. We also offer a small fitness corner ( excersising mats, kettle bell, weights, pilates ball, excercising mini bands).

Lika Sunset is located in a village Licko Lesce, at the north-west Lika region.Just in a neighborhood app 5km there are 3 springs of River Gacka which is well known for its exceptionally clean water and habitat of trout and pike. It’s well connected to the airports: Zagreb-the capital (170km), Rijeka (100km), Zadar (130km). Also it’s close to the Unesco World Heritage site- Plitvice Lakes (50km), Nikola Tesla Memorial center (40km), Adriatic coast (50km) which is all well connected by bus from Otocac. North Velebit National Park is 50km away.
