Thoughtfully refreshed with love and attention to every detail, it provides a warm and welcoming atmosphere where guests instantly feel at home. Enjoy free private parking directly in front of the apartment, high-speed Wi-Fi, air conditioning, self check-in, a fully equipped kitchen and everything needed for a relaxing and carefree stay.
We are a family of three who truly enjoy welcoming guests from all over the world and helping them discover the beauty of Istria. Our goal is to make every stay comfortable, relaxing, and memorable. We believe in treating our guests the way we would like to be treated ourselves. We are always happy to recommend the best beaches, restaurants, hidden coves, local attractions, and places loved by locals. Although we don’t live on site, we are always available if you need any assistance before or during your stay.
Little Paradise is perfectly located for exploring both Istria and the Kvarner region. Within a few minutes’ walk you’ll find supermarkets, cafés, restaurants, bakeries, the local market, pharmacies and the charming medieval streets of Labin’s Old Town. Only a few minutes by car is Rabac, famous for its crystal-clear sea, beautiful beaches, hidden coves, water sports and a scenic seaside promenade. Whether you’re looking for a peaceful day by the sea or an active holiday, Rabac has something for everyone. Pula International Airport is only about 40 km away, making the apartment an excellent choice for guests arriving by air. From Labin you can also easily visit Opatija, Pula, Rovinj, Brijuni National Park and many other highlights of Istria, with organised excursions available during the tourist season.
