This family apartment is located in a quiet place in Split. It is 15 minutes' walk from the sea and 3 km from the city center. There is a garden right next to the apartment where you can sit down and enjoy your coffee in the morning or rest after a trip, getting to know the city or evening chats. Right next to it is a Dalmatian-type BBQ, where we can prepare traditional (gradele) meat or fish upon request for a fee. A supermarket, a pharmacy, a bank, a cafe are located a few minutes from the apartment. Likewise, bus stops that will take you directly to the city center and back to the opposite side of the road from the entrance, bus number (18) goes every 20 minutes.
Lavander cozy apartment is a lovely studio apartment situated just near the city center of Split .This lovely apartment can comfortably accommodate up to 2 people on 38m2 over two floors. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers.
Cozy apartment with separate kitchen on the ground floor which is equipped with cooking utilities and dish for serving food and drinks including coffee machine. One bedroom with double bed (size 180x200) with an air condition which is located on the first floor. There is separate bathroom with washing machine. BBQ is also on disposal foe guest of my apartment.

The apartment is located in an extremely quiet and safe neighborhood. Where people have known each other for generations and children grow up together. We can freely call it a family neighborhood. In the street itself there is a family bakery where you can buy delicious pastries. A few minutes from the apartment there is a shop, restaurant, pharmacy, bank and it is very easy to get around and get to the city center and from it back to the apartment either by car or by bus number (18). The beach is only 15 minutes away on foot.
