LU DA kuća is newly built house with heathed pool, located on the spacious property, in village Sveti Ivan Zelina. House is surrounded with lovely garden with BBQ. Private parking , outdoor furniture , outdoor BBQ, WI FI and airconditioner are provided on site. PLEASE NOTE: property is provided with CCTV ( CCTV is in outside area, and indoor, in common area: kitchen, dining room) PLEASE NOTE: parties are not allowed PLEASE NOTE: damage deposit- 300 euros is collectedat the arrival, in cash. Damage deposit is returned to the guest, on check out, in cash , in case of no damage
