Come for the sun and sea. Old stone house renovated in 2017 in charming seaside village of Lucica, 1 km walk/drive from the island's main hilltop town of Lastovo. Open your front door and you are just steps down to the seaside "riva". People congregate on the riva to swim, sunbathe, relax in the shade and socialize. Large open studio space with high ceilings, modern kitchen, 2 double day beds, sleeping loft for 4, 1 1/2 baths. WiFi, Air conditioning, Satellite TV & outdoor patio.
I'm an American woman who along with my Croatian husband Ivica bought this house in the 1990s after the Croatian war for independence so that we could spend more time in Croatia and give our young children exposure to Ivica's culture. We now offer this house for vacation renting!
