Modern design apartment with a beautiful sea and bay view, the beach is just 80m away. The apartment is situated on the private Banjole Resort. Guests have a reserved parking space (9,86m2) in the garage and the use of the swimming pool. The apartment is equipped with all the essential apliences (air condition, deep freezing refrigerator, induction stove, an oven, a microwave oven, toster, blender, espresso machine, quality dishes and Mehrzer kitchen utensils). There is a smart TV in every room, with free Wi-Fi connectivity, with the ability to watch satellite TV. The bathroom is equipped with a washing machine and a hair dryer.
