New building that was built 2022. Calm and peaceful neighborhood . The apartment has two PRIVATE POOLS (just for you). A large pool for adults and a smaller children's pool. Walking distance (3 min) to the newly renovated most beautiful beach in Split, Žnjan beach renovated and opened in 2025. 🅿️ Free parking within the building for all guests arriving by car. Distance to the city center - 10 min by car. Welcome! Andrea
