The Magnolia flat is located on the ground floor of a family house in Labin. The town centre is only 2 km away, while the sea and beaches in Rabac are only 7 km away. Labin is the largest town on the eastern coast of Istria and consists of a beautiful and charming old part of the town, situated on a hill, and a newer part of the town at the foot, characterised by the mining past of this region. In the courtyard of Apartment Magnolia there is a swimming pool, sun loungers, parasols, garden furniture, several parking spaces and a barbecue for outdoor dining. Flat Magnolia is located on the ground floor with direct access to the pool area. It consists of a living room with a sofa bed for one child, a fully equipped kitchen, a dining room, one bedroom with a double bed, one bedroom with two single beds, one bathroom with a bathtub and another bathroom with a shower. The owner, an elderly lady, lives on the first floor of the house and guarantees her guests absolute privacy.
