The property has 4 apartments on three levels, and each apartment has a balcony, that have beautiful marina views, one of the ground floor apartments has a garden terrace. There is a common garden area that faces the marina.

The property is located in the popular Veruda suburb which has it all restaurants, cafes, bars and beaches are all within easy reach, and the city centre is a short drive away.
