Brand new apartment on the 3rd floor. Close to the green and fish market( 650m away). Parking is private and free of charge and there is possibillity to charge electric cars with your own charger, also free of charge, 20m away from apartment on my private parking spot.
Great location, close to downtown.
City football stadium is 50m away.
