Modern Mediterranean Beach Summer Home located near old town of Umag on a beach front, 15 meters from the sea. Nested in a lush private garden with just the right amount of shade or sun to make ideal for summer holiday day napping with scents of breeze blowing through the pine trees, sound of waves flushing the shore and smell of the sea. Superior position taking you bare 20 seconds to jump from your sunlit deck chair into the fresh sea to rejuvenate. With an open floor-plan and extension of the garden reaching into the condo it feels you are outside even when you spend time inside. You can be laying on a hammock tied up between two pine trees glazing into the drowsy sunset. Fully equipped summer house with indoor kitchen, outdoor grill, outdoor shower, terrace dinning.
The neighbourhood is a summer house village. Calm, summery and relaxing. Only 3 km to the center of Umag andT 1,5 km to the nearest supermarket. The area is great for cyclists with a lot of cycling routs. Otherwise the main mean of transport is a car.
