Guests will be able to access the apartment from the road, with a shared hallway upon arrival. You will have your own open-air scenic balcony. There is a shared BBQ area... that is self-catering so you will need to buy coals and wood from the little shop around the corner and take care of the space and leave it clean for others. You have a shared beach that is accessible via a staircase. All beaches are public in Croatia, yet the beach you will use is taken care by a number of neighbouring apartments to the right (facing the ocean) and shared with other guests.
